Reservation and Payment Terms and Conditions |

- Pine Bay Holiday Resort Hotel is the Symposium Venue. The rooms will be reserved in the name of the attendees on receival of payment. Rooms will be allocated according to date of reservation.

- ACCOMMODATION and REGISTRATION FEES should cover the total accommodation time required and appropriate registration fee and should be paid by September 15,2008 to:

- Attendees should clarify the arrival and departure dates and the number of accommodation days,

- The attendees should make the total accommodation payment according to the type
of accommodation selected to one of the above accounts.

- The reservation days cannot be cancelled or changed. But it may be possible to stay
before the Symposium at the same rate.

- The repayment of accomodation fees is not possible

- Reservation requirements will only be considered for those who have paid Symposium fees.

- The hotel reservation requirements will be accepted according to hotel availability by
15.09.2008. After 15.09.2008, reservations will not be accepted.

* Note: Registration fees for the participants will cover the payments for participation in all scientific sessions, printed materials of the symposium, symposium bag, abstracts book, welcome coctail, coffee breaks.
- * Gala Dinner fee is 30 Euro for all participants.
- The registration desk will be open at Pinebay Hotel on 01.10.2008 from 14:00 hours, and
will remain open during the workshop.
